Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

  • At WeDreamJeans, our commitment to superior product quality and customer satisfaction is unwavering. However, the following policies are applicable for customers seeking to initiate a return or exchange in unforeseen circumstances.
  • Before proceeding, please ensure you have carefully reviewed and agreed to our terms and conditions. If any of the stipulated clauses are not agreeable to you, we kindly request that you abstain from making purchases on our website.
  • Important Note: To initiate a return or exchange, the product must remain unused and unworn, retaining its original tag and packaging.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange requests are not accommodated for customized orders.
  • Customers are responsible for covering shipping charges in both directions. This includes the cost of returning the product to our warehouse and shipping the replacement product to the customer’s location.
  • The option of free shipping does not apply to exchanged products.
  • Customers are required to await a 3 to 5-day assessment period after sending the product for exchange. Our Quality Assurance team examines the product to ensure it is unused, unworn, and free from customer-induced damage. Upon their satisfaction, the exchange process proceeds. Please allow up to two to three weeks for the delivery of the exchanged product.

Return Policy:

  • Returns are only applicable in specific cases.
  • WeDreamJeans assumes full responsibility for delivering top-quality products. However, genuine issues, as outlined below, warrant a return request:
  • The delivered product differs from the ordered item.
    The size or measurements of the delivered order do not match the customer’s request.
  • The delivered product is damaged, dented, or unsuitable for wear.
    WeDreamJeans retains the right to decline customer return, exchange, or refund requests based on the circumstances. To ensure the acceptance of your claim, it is imperative that the reason presented is legitimate. We do not entertain return or exchange requests for arbitrary or non-specific reasons.
  • Return or exchange claims must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order. Claims submitted after this timeframe will not be entertained.
  • We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, or refund claims for items damaged by the customer or by other authorities (in rare cases) during the shipment process.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of order receipt.
  • To qualify for a refund, customers must provide a legitimate reason, the original price tag, and intact packaging.
  • The Quality Assurance department, prioritizing customer satisfaction, assesses disputes. We retain the right to deny a refund and propose an exchange based on their recommendations.
  • Refund claims cannot be processed for products returned with undisclosed damage or defects.
  • Evidence of product damage must be supplied with the original packaging.
  • Processing refund requests typically requires up to 7 working days to reach a decision.
  • Claims lacking supporting evidence will be promptly declined.
  • We reserve the right to reject unsubstantiated claims.
  • Certain refund claims, such as those related to unexpected quality or unmentioned product specifications/features, or claims that deviate from email correspondence, will not be entertained. No refunds will be granted in such instances.
