Exhange Policy

Exchange requests are not accommodated for customized orders.
Customers are responsible for covering shipping charges in both directions. This includes the cost of returning the product to our warehouse and shipping the replacement product to the customer’s location.
The option of free shipping does not apply to exchanged products.
Customers are required to await a 3 to 5-day assessment period after sending the product for exchange. Our Quality Assurance team examines the product to ensure it is unused, unworn, and free from customer-induced damage. Upon their satisfaction, the exchange process proceeds. Please allow up to two to three weeks for the delivery of the exchanged product.

Return policy
